Refund policy

Each piece of art I create is made with great care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of my work, my return policy varies by product type. Please review the details below:

  • Original Artwork – All original paintings are final sale and non-returnable. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and created with deep intention, making returns or exchanges unavailable.
  • Canvas Prints – All canvas prints are made to order; therefore, they are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Mini Prints – If your mini print arrives damaged, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage when reaching out.
  • Limited Edition Prints – If your limited edition print arrives damaged, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage when reaching out.
  • Commissions – A non-refundable security deposit is required to begin all commissioned pieces. Once completed, if you’re not fully satisfied, I’m happy to make a few minor adjustments. If, after revisions, you decide the piece is not what you envisioned, you may choose not to proceed with the final payment, and I will retain the artwork.

If your return is accepted, you will need to make a shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Canvas prints and Originals can not be returned

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
