And I stood there

It felt almost cruel,
to be surrounded by so much freedom
while feeling so far from my own.
Standing before something so alive,
I realized how much
I still want to feel that way too.
The trees bent with the wind.
The water kept pouring forward.
Flowers pushed through places
that looked too hard to grow from.
Nothing around me seemed afraid
of taking up space.
And maybe that was what I needed to see.
Each piece is a museum-quality giclée canvas, personally hand embellished with selective texture and real 24K gold leaf. Because each one is finished by hand, no two are exactly alike. Finished with protective satin varnish and UV coating, stretched on solid wood bars, ready to hang, and includes a certificate of authenticity.
